[va-bird] Postscript: Occoquan LeConte's Sparrow

All,
Well, it was worth the wait. And, it was a real long wait too. But, to
finally pick up a LeConte's, a life bird for me, on my own turf, on a
gorgeous fall morning, with other birders I know and respect. Well,
this was really an embarrassment of riches. Occoquan is a great place
to bird, especially in the fall. But, it has always seemed to me that
Occoquan is one of our under-birded local venues, especially in the
fall.
Went back to the refuge early this afternoon. I did not see the
LeConte's again, but I did have both immature and adult white-crowned
sparrows at the top of Charlie Road. Earlier this morning, Marc, Rich,
Paula, and I looked at an immature white-crowned at the top of Charlie
Road. In this same area this afternoon, I digiscoped a nice looking
adult white crowned sparrow. The immature white-crowned was still
hanging out too.
