[va-bird] "Caribbean" Cave Swallow @ Kiptopeke 11/9

Hola Birders,
This afternoon at KSP a horde of swallow descended upon Jethro Runco Wendy Fair
and myself. At least 7 Cave Swallows were spotted of the Mexican race. In
addition at least one individual (possibly two) is tentatively identified as a
"Caribbean" Cave Swallow. The bird in question had a deeper rufous colored
rump; at least it was noticeably darker and of a different shade compared with
near by Caves. Also the throat was a deep color. Cliff Swallow was ruled out
for two reasons: 1) rump color 2) no dark lower-throat collar ( can you see
that in flight?). So I guess the reason for this message is: keep your eyes on
the sky, you NEVER know what could be in them.

Good day and good birding,
-Sam
