keith and i went out to sky meadows on sunday, not a real bird watchig 
expediton as we are pretty new at serious bird watching and identification, and 
had 
our three dogs with us ,   but we had a fine time watching overhead for about 
a half an hour two immature bald eagles and one mature one, just soaring as if 
they had all day to do nothing - and then near the parking area where people 
park their horse trailers, near the entrance , we were having a picnic and saw 
a red headed woodpecker just hanging out - lots of juncos in the woods and 
some ravens flying overhead calling and ,once, chasing on the the immature 
eagles when it came down fairly low- christie huffman
