[va-bird] Hawk Identification Workshop

Coastal Virginia Wildlife Observatory will be conducting a workshop, its
third and final one for the season, on identifying hawks in flight, at the
Kiptopeke observation platform, on November 16, from 10 a.m. to noon. There is
no fee
and no need to register. We'll be especially hoping for Northern Goshawk and
Rough-legged Hawk.
