Hello VAbirders,

I don't know if this sighting is unusual or not, but thought I should 
mentioned it just in case someone is interested.  Yesterday a friend and I 
made a little trip to Mason Neck State Park where we found an immature 
Brant mixed in with the Canada Geese who were foraging on shore.

Do Brants show up there very often?
