Don Mauchline, Mary Floyd, and Gene Keefe led a group of eight others this
morning, Monday, November 4, 2002. The water levels at Huntley Meadows are
higher than they have been all summer, still the ducks have not yet returned
to the Central Pond. The temperature was cold, with calm winds, and overcast
skies. Thirty-five species were observed.
