[va-bird] Black Scoter, no Great White Heron in Prince Edward Co.

This morning there was an adult male Black Scoter above the dam at Sandy River
Reservoir in eastern Prince Edward Co. Easiest access is south off US 460 on SR
640 to the entrance road (well-signed) leading to the boat ramp parking lot.
This is my second record of Black Scoter here. Few other birds around the lake,
but a beautiful morning. Sparrows near the parking lot included an adult
White-crowned.
The Great White Heron that remained at Briery Creek Lake for over a month has
not been seen since about 14 October. I've been by the lake several times since
then and haven't seen it.
