[va-bird] CONI-Still Moving

This year is turning out to be a lot like 1999 for Common Nighthawk
migration. My counts at their nocturnal feeding area at Tyson's Corner,
Fairfax Co, VA had remained fairly constant from 9-24 to 9-30.
On Oct 1 they had decreased slightly to only 6 birds, but last night (10-02)
there were 12 nighthawks indicating a movement into the area. This is my
highest October count since 1999. In that year there was a small movement
through the Washington, DC area on October 3 and they were seen in small
numbers at Tyson' Corner until Cot.
