[va-bird] East River Mt.

We watched from East River Mt.(Mercer County, WV/Bland County, VA) near
Bluefield, WV/Rocky Gap, VA for a little while yesterday afternoon.
We saw 1 osprey, 2 sharp-shinned hawks, 2 American kestrels, 2 red-tailed
hawks, 3 common ravens, 5 black vultures, 3 turkey vultures about a dozen blue
jays and a red-headed woodpecker.
