Just to follow up on Scott's message, as he and his group was leaving, I was
heading in on the Bayview trail. Saw the first RED-HEADED WOODPECKER at
1:00 at the head of the trail. Then, when I got to the hill to the right of
the start of the marsh boardwalk, I saw a pair of Red-heads, working the
tree line. Had several great looks.
Bird early, bird often.
