[va-bird] Migrants in Cape Charles

Confined to an office for the past week, I've had to peek out the window over
the harbor to see what's going by. Yesterday, it was a torrent of Tree
Swallows, raptors of all stripes, and cormorants. Today I arrived to hear,
then
see, a Vesper Sparrow and 3 redstarts in the very paltry trees on the sides of
the terrace here. I would reckon this would be another great day at
Kiptopeke and out on the CBBT, the two places where I most often see Vesper
Sparrows
around the southern tip of the peninsula. A Yellow-billed Cuckoo was in the
neighbor's boxwood garden this morning as well, a juv.
