[va-bird] Kiptopeke Hawkwatch Oct. 5-7

We had a fantastic day at Kiptopeke today! This was our highest count day of
the season with 1431 raptors, which included 448 Broad-winged which is our
highest day count this year (they seem to be coming late this year). The winds
were mostly from the east and we had little cloud cover throughout the day.
