[va-bird] Red Phalarope in the SW Virginia Mountains

Virginia Birders,
I found a Red Phalarope on Pandapas Pond in the Jefferson National Forest near
Blacksburg,
VA this past Saturday. Also found a big feeder flock of warblers that included
at least
one Nashville Warlber and a couple Orange-crowned Warblers. For those
