Hi, VA-birders
This evening at 5:40 I seen one Bald Eagle in my rye feild it flew about
three hundred feet and landed in a tree. I called my sister to come look at
it , but before she got here it flew again. As it flew away it was joined by
a second eagle both were mature birds.
I checked a neigbor's pond at 6:20 and there was 40 to 50 Wood Ducks on
it. On the walk to the pond there was some Bluebirds and Mourning Doves.
