The lights went back on at the Tysons tower buildings tonight, and the birds
were at their best. By 9:00, or so, there were 40-50 nighthawks swirling
around, mostly low, over the buildings and adjacent areas in the lights. A
couple of other birders showed up to enjoy the show. If you want to see the
nighthawks, I recommend this week as the numbers may begin to diminish soon.
