[va-bird] SHARP-TAILED SANDPIPER-Craney Island

Today (9/4), I got a call from Robert Ferrell saying that he and Rexanne Bruno
found a SHARP-TAILED SANDPIPER at Craney Island in Portsmouth on Friday (9/3).
The bird was seen in a puddle on the south side of the northern perimeter dike
about mid-way along this dike. Rexanne will post more details later.
