[va-bird] possible Roughed-Legged Hawk

Hello VA-birders
I was coming north on route 42, about two miles south of Bridgewater,
when I saw what I thought was Redtail.
When it took off flying it was not a Redtail hawk. I didn't get a very
good look, but it had light patches like a Roughed-Legged Hawk.
If anyone is going that watch for it.
