   Another note from Harvey's to bring all up to date
through 9/2/04. 
   Broad-wings refuse to show themselves. We have yet 
to have a day with more than 6 birds sighted. Are they
just flying over us? All the other northern hawkwatches
are already seeing large numbers coming through.
   Highlights have been a Peregrine seen Monday and the 
seasons first Merlin Wednesday. Kestrel numbers have
been disappointing.
   Yearly totals to date:
