[va-bird] Probably Not TN warblers

I reported seeing TN Warblers at NY Monuments last Sunday, which was more
than likely incorrect. The fact that no one else has reported seeing them
made me start to wonder. So I looked at the VA bluebook and the early date
is 30 August. Upon further reflection and study they were more than likely
Pine Warblers. Live and learn.
