[va-bird] Recording Roosting Chimney Swifts

     For those of you who might be interested in recording locations and
numbers of roosting Chimney Swifts this fall checkout   www.swiftwatch.org
for details.  This is a long term project to building a national database to
aid in the conservation of this species.
     Another project is called Swift Night Out where you count roosting
swifts this coming weekend,September 6,7,8 and e-mail the results to the
Driftwood Wildlife Association. Details can be found at
