[va-bird] Chimney swifts- 3 sept

I know that some organization is keeping a tab on Chimney Swifts. My wife and
I went to Belvedere Elementary School, 6540 Columbia Pike, Annandale, Va, to
watch Chimney Swifts go to roost in the building's chimney.
The birds were circling above the chimney upon our arrival at 7:50 PM. The
first bird desended into the chimney at 7:58 and the last at 8:07. There is a
minimum of 850 birds roosting in the structure tonight.
