[va-bird] Chincoteague/Assateauge Late Report

I looked for the Black Tern all weekend with no luck. However, I was thrilled
to see an adult male Peregrine Falcon on the Assateague Island Wildlife Loop
trail yesterday afternoon around noon. He was in the area with the Bark Beetle
infestation/restoration in a dead snag near the road eating his prey.
Lots of the usual suspects previously reported last week.
The storms and winds kept the tides pretty high on the back bay area, so I
missed seeing many Oystercatchers, but as the clearing weather moved through
yesterday afternoon, the tides appeared to be getting back to normal.
