[va-bird] Kelp Gull is back at Sandgates, Maryland

Va-Birders: For those who until now have missed seeing the Kelp Gull at the
Sea Breeze restaurant in Sandgates, Maryland, you probably another chance.
Around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 1, I spent a most enjoyable ten minutes
watching it and a half-dozen Great Black-backed Gulls in the restaurant's
parking lot. Having both species standing only 20 yards away and close
together provided excellent comparisons of the key field marks: size and
coloration of bills, legs, heads and eye irises. I'll be on the road today
