[va-bird] Black-bellied Plover in Culpeper county

Hi All,
At the Woodward Turf farm in Culpeper county whose location was
mentioned by Steve Rottenborn's posting yesterday were 9 Black-bellied Plovers,
1 American Golden-Plover and 8 Killdeer.
