[va-bird] Early migrants at Monticello Park

Migration has begun at Monticello Park in Alexandria. I received a call this
morning from Tom Albright, who informed me that he saw a NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH
at the park. When I arrived, he told me he also saw a pair of CANADA WARBLERS.
I was able to find the pair of Canadas, but could not re-locate the
waterthrush.
This seems to be a very early date for these species in the park.
