[va-bird] question about whistling ducks at Back Bay

Sorry for the late posting. But, I failed to see the whistling ducks last
weekend that had been being seen at Back Bay NWR. I saw Bill Keith, who had
just seen the birds, but I waited for them and never saw them. There were a
lot of nice birds there, including many species of egrets and a immature
PIED-BILLED GREBE. Has anyone seen the whistling ducks this past week?
