[va-bird] Rose-breasted grosbeak at Lake Fairfax Park, Reston

I was in one of the group campsites at Lake Fairfax Park about an hour
ago-- at 9:45 AM-- and heard a call and then saw a male Rb grosbeak in
oak trees at group camp G9. Seems a little early for migration but the
bird surely isn't resident.
