[va-bird] Redstart inside the beltway

Va-birders: As I was hiding from the heat this weekend and birding from my
living room window I was surprised to see a female redstart "starting" through
our back yard.
I'm assuming she was migrating from one place to the next and came in for a
drink or a nibble.
What a wonderful yard bird to have in all this heat and humidity.
