[va-bird] Sandhill Cranes

I don't know if they would be likely to 
roost in trees in the woods or not. 
Have to do a little research, I suspose. 



While I was the Refuge Manager at Bitter Lake NWR in southeast New Mexico I 
observed many thousands of wintering sandhill cranes both there and at Muleshoe 
NWR in the Texas Panhandle.  They always roost in shallow water.  I assume 
they would do the same here in the east.
