[va-bird] Scissor-tailed Flycatcher late date

For those who have asked, Kevin Bingham has this to say about the late date
for the scissor-tailed flycatcher in Roanoke:
"The last time I saw the bird near the nest was around the 24th. I haven't
seen her since. I looked into the nest on the 27th and saw the eggs and that
was when I discovered they had been abandoned."
