This is a pretty cool story if you visit the web link. I didn't realize that 
these monsters still exist - a flighted bird that weighs up to 20 kilos! What 
a change that would be to return them to the wild in England. Apparently they 
have hung on in Russia.

Biologists plan to release the great bustard in England today. The bird
has not been spotted in country since the 1800s (BBC News online, Aug. 1).
