[va-bird] Re: 13 hummers at my feeders simultaneously

I have just recently moved into a new home and have started a new landscape.
On the patio, there is a blooming Lantana. It is in a very large pot. Almost
at once one male hummer came to investigate. After putting up two feeders close
to the plant, they increase in number. The male comes and sits and perches
for long minutes at a time. He is so beautiful. His chin and neck appear solid
black until he turns into certain light. What a show. If all of you are
receiving so many more, I will expect the same. Thanks for the update. Happy
Birding
to all.
