[va-bird] Swallow-tailed Kite in Gloucester, again.

Today, Aug. 5, early afternoon, I saw one adult Swallow-tailed Kite over the
head-waters of Sarah's Creek in Gloucester County. The kite was flying over
the marsh and wooded area about one mile north-east of the York River bridge.
This is the same general area where I saw two Swallow-tailed Kites on July 23,
2003. Exciting!
