[va-bird] Bald Eagle, Roanoke

I got a call today from a fellow bird club member, Carole Massart, who was
reporting having seen a bald eagle on the Blue Ridge Parkway where it
crosses over the Roanoke River. She said it was real foggy and that the
bird barely cleared the bridge. It was seen late yesterday afternoon.
