Hi Seth
The nighhawks have just recently shown up at the light in my apartment parking
lot. I looked no more than 3 days ago, and didn't see any. Tonight, as my
boyfriend and I were arriving home, one swooped between us and the building,
not more than 5-6' above the ground. We stopped and waited, and saw it (or
others) several more times before we headed inside. This was about 9:00 this
evening, in the Alexandria area.
