[va-bird] Swallow-tailed Kite in Faquier County

Some time around 3:30 or 4 pm the four of us arrived at the Marriott Ranch
in western Faquier County. Almost immediately after we got out of the car,
we were watching the Swallow-tailed Kite. Its distance and state of
backlighting did little to detract from its grace and poise as it kited
around and between ridges. It simply was marvelous.
We lost track of it after maybe half an hour and stayed around for maybe an
hour more hoping for it to reappear and come closer, but alas, it did not.
