[va-bird] Golden-winged and Worm-eating

Fellow birders,
While going for my morning hike just after daylight I came upon a tree with
several birds. When I got my binoculars on one it turned out to be a male
Golden-winged warbler in very bright plumage with striking colors. Within
seconds a Worm-eating Warbler had landed on the same branch and the two
faced off, with bills open and heads lowered. The intimidating sounds lasted
for a few seconds, then the Golden-winged gave way and left the tree with
the Worm-eating in hot pursuit. I think that's the first time I've ever seen
those two species in the same tree.
Interesting.
