I photographed this bird in my backyard this afternoon. It's apparently a
fledgling, and was begging for food. I never saw anyone feed it. At first I
thought it was a Great Crested Flycatcher, but in looking at the beak.. it's
too curved. Nearby was a Yellow Billed Cuckoo, the beak is similar, but this
bird is too yellow...It's probably neither, but I'm flummoxed (and curious).
The Cuckoos are here all summer, but so are the Flycatchers.
Here are the images..
There are 4 of the unknown and one Cuckoo that was about 20 feet away. I
watched the Cuckoo, but he never went near it. I believe there are more than
one of these fledglings, but I couldn't get a clear shot of them in the
dense foliage.

Thanks in advance for any help..
