All,
I apologize for this off topic post. A local television news
station is reporting that a woman was sexually assaulted at the Belle
Haven Marina public restrooms sometime yesterday morning. Women
birding Dyke Marsh and the Belle Haven picnic area may wish bird with
a partner for a while. I would also suggest avoiding the public
restrooms at both the marina and picnic area.
Once again, I apologize for this off topic post. Local birders know
that both of these venues can see a lot of birding traffic. Stay safe.
