[va-bird] Winter Dovekie Question

I was wondering if anyone knew how common Dovekie's are seen near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge during the winter (January). I have been trying to pick apart some notes that I took a while back on a bird I saw at the bridge. I believe it was a Dovekie. I only saw it in flight.
