[va-bird] Black-billed Cuckoo too!

Sorry all.  I forgot to mention that there was a vocal Black-billed Cuckoo at 
Riverbend as well.  I heard it for a few minutes then watched it cross the 
river over into Maryland.  I wasn't expecting one of those!
