[va-bird] help: robin's nest under deck

Folks,
A friend of mine just bought a house in Falls Church, and in their
"fix-up-what-we-just-bought" mode, they have scheduled to get their deck
powerwashed and stained next week.
However, there is a robin that has built her nest under the porch. There
have been eggs (they think 2) in the nest for, they say, a couple of
weeks. There is a bird actively sitting on the nest.
I was hoping someone out there could give me some information to give to
them.
- Can they move the nest?
- How long until the eggs hatch? (roughly?)
- If they hold off on deck maintenance, how long until the babies fledge?
If anyone can help, I'd like to try to convince them to wait on the deck
stuff. Let me know!
Thanks!
