[va-bird] Western Meadowlark?

Hello, Listers.
I received a call from a Rockbridge County resident indicating that he
was certain he heard a Western Meadowlark calling in a hayfield near
his home. He is from Kansas, and says he would know that call anywhere,
and wondered whether Western Meadowlarks have been seen in Virginia
yet. Does anybody know?
