[va-bird] Cascades, Giles County

We hiked the two miles to the Cascades waterfall yesterday. The area had just
re-opened after most of the hemlocks had to be cut down because of the adelgid.
The birds we encountered included raven, acadian flycatcher, black-throated
green & n. parula warblers, Louisiana waterthrush, wood thrush, red-eyed vireo,
Carolina & winter wren and dark-eyed junco.
