[va-bird] Setting "Vacation"

A reminder for those wishing to suspend email from VA-Bird while away for
vacation:
Make sure you send listserv commands to the correct email address:
va-bird-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Note it differs from the VA-Bird posting email address.
The command ?set vacation? will suspend all VA-Bird email until you send a
second command ?unset vacation?. Place the commands in the subject line of
the email, without quotes or any other punctuation. Leave the body of the
email blank.
The vacation command does not send a confirming email ("Subscribe" and
"unsubscribe" do send a confirming email that requires a response).
