[va-bird] Update to Augusta Co. Great Blue Heron "possible" rookery

Below is web link to two days of photos taken two days apart of a possible
Great Blue Heron rookery. This would be a first documented breeding record
for Augusta County for this species.
Photos are not the best due to distance (at least 200 yards away) but
sufficient for documentation.
