Welcome back to VA-Bird.

The outage is over.  I will be looking into a procedure to inform the list 
when these type problems occur.  I do not have access to your email 
addresses independent from the Freelists host.  If you suspect a problem 
with VA-Bird, email me directly and I will respond, as I did during this 
outage.  I did post a message to MDOspreylistserve, our Maryland bird 
friends.

I am now getting back to the services that I contacted Monday & Tuesday 
about possibly setting up a new VA-Bird.  The message posted at 
www.freelists.org sounded dire, and I thought that we might lose the service 
permanently.

Did you miss the service?  I did.
