[va-bird] Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel tern colony ?

I recently noticed a colony of terns on the
South/East side of the South/East tunnel island
of the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel
while returning to DC from Va Beach.
But I was speeding home and I didn't
have the time to check out the colony.
Has anyone surveyed the colony
to determine which species are there ?
