[va-bird] Mississippi Kite

Linda Cory & I found a Mississippi Kite at Route 662 about a mile south of the
intersection with 615. We were able to find the Kite by scanning distant tree
lines on the right hand side of the road. One was perched on the top on a
distant dead tree.
