[va-bird] RFI:Black Skimmers

I am working on an art project and I'd like to observe black skimmers or find
some good pictures of them. Can anyone suggest a good place to observe them? I
live in Williamsburg, BTW. I'd been thinking about Pea Island, because I
remember they also had a mounted one. Also, my reading indicates they are sort
of nocturnal? When is the best time to see them? Does anyone know of an article
with good photos? I've found some on the web, but more could be helpful.
